Day session at Yatley in Hampshire

Been down to the Yatley Complex in Hampshire about 6 times now, we have a Spring permit. In all had 4 Bream out, all a good size, but its been a struggle with either very cold or hot conditions.

I can’t help feel the fish are more interested in spawning, but in early April we seemed to have the better days. The fishery is quite large and never seems to be all that busy, we always find a swim we want.

I’ve mainly be using my locslide float and on the other rod, a large feeder using soft bolies or sweetcorn as hook bait.
